 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 

Bandy Entertainment, LLC is a Film Production Company, consisting  of the Managing Members, George Bandy and Alex Bandy. The company  is an independent motion picture production house, assembled from  creative and business professionals with a common goal of producing  the feature length independent thriller “CHOP OFF '', working  Title. 

“CHOP OFF", was written by Alex Bandy and Bernardo Chilindrón,  both filmmakers with knowledge of the most cinematic locations in  the area, and had written scenes with these Production Values in  mind. “Chop Off” will be filmed in upstate New York and the New  York City area.  

Mr. George Bandy, the Executive Producer, brings his storytelling  passion to the film industry, again. His Horror/Thriller “CHOP  OFF '' will gain critical acclaim due to the story and the nature of  the film, a thriller horror. A story based in actual event’s during 

the seventies, in NYC. 

“CHOP OFF”, with an excellent storyline, where the Protagonist and  Antagonist will keep the audience involved until the end. The  exciting choreographed weapons fighting scenes and Digital Effects  adds to this entertainment.  

The Bandy brothers started their filmmaking journey in 1993, with  a short “Eric Blade P.I.” The short made it into the Independent  Feature Film Market. In 1995 they made a feature entitled “Tumbe”  which was pick up by then famous film rental store, Blockbusters  all over the country. The film was written, Produced and Directed  by the Bandy Brothers. Alex Bandy also acted as the second lead  role. 

In 1998 Alex Bandy wrote “Evils Edge”, a horror film that was  picked up by Video Stores throughout the country. Then, the brothers wrote  a Romantic Comedy, “Papi Chulo”, the film was their most successful  of their career, still being played throughout Latin America and  for sale at Amazon. 

Then September 11, 2001 came and the brother decided to take a break,  when Alex Bandy took on writing and completed four feature  screenplays, “Chop Off”, “The Last Ship”, “Animal Magnetism”, and  a soon to be named Western.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCERS’ STATEMENT 

The film industry is one of the most profitable segments of  the entertainment industry. A film can be made for a million  dollars and receive returns of hundreds of millions in its  lifetime. There aren’t many business ventures that offer that type  of return for their investors. Feature films made in this genre  (horror/suspense) not only have a consistent and dedicated  following worldwide, but they create a cult following as well.  

As all distributors and distribution companies know, a film like  “CHOP OFF” has the potential of reaping benefits in all phases of  distribution: Domestic, International, Latin American, Asian and  so forth, as well as DVD sales and rentals, sales to network and  cable TV, internet downloads, and the list can go on and on. In  addition to the crossover appeal of “CHOP OFF”, the Hispanic  markets of USA and Latin America are markets that have not been  saturated and are still open and clamoring for new products that  reflect their culture.  

Horror films have always made a strong showing at the box office,  regardless of what the budget was for any individual film. This  success supports the belief that new generations of horror fans  are created every day. Here at Bandy Entertainment plans to take  advantage of this trend. Our mission is to develop and produce  commercially viable, low-risk, high-quality entertainment motion  pictures that intrinsically contain several subsidiary ways of  making and maintaining a huge profit margin.  

Our intention with “CHOP OFF” was not to produce just another  "slasher" film. As filmmakers, we are fans of thrills. Our story  involves themes of friendship, trust, betrayal, sacrifice,  forgiveness, revenge, and culture that have been blended and  intertwined with exhilarating action and plot twists. These  elements will ensure a positive reaction with not only our domestic  audiences, but fans of this genre worldwide.  

“CHOP OFF” is a brand and a potential franchise. It is a highly  marketable commodity, a commercial premise that ensures success in  several markets.
